Calibration
Kalibrasi adalah mencocokkan indikasi pada alat instrument tsb dengan alat pengkalibrasi (kalibrator) yang telah diuji oleh lembaga Sertifikasi Nasional dengan akurasi tertentu, dengan tujuan untuk memastikan apakah alat instrument tsb bisa dipercaya untuk mengukur besaran proses di pabrik.
Definisi Kalibrasi sendiri menurut ISO/IEC Guide 17025:2005 & Vocabulary of International Metrology (VIM), adalah kegiatan yang membentuk hubungan antara nilai instrumen ukur dengan nilai-nilai yang sudah diketahui dalam kondisi tertentu.
Calibration is to match the indication on the instrument tools with calibrator tools (calibrator) that has been tested by National Certification Institute with certain accuracy, the aim is to ensure whether the instrument tools can be trusted to measure the amount of process in factory.
The definition of calibration refer to ISO/IEC Guide 17025:2005 and Vocabulary of International Metrology (VIM) is activities to establish relationship between value of measuring instruments with value that is known in certain conditions.
